Our people are at the heart of our business and we strive to foster a happy working environment, which promotes teamwork and inclusion. The Company was an early adopter of flexi-time and operates an optional four day working week. Not only does this give staff more free time but it reduces travelling time and fuel use. Morgan IAT also operates a profit share scheme.

We are proud of our strong staff retention and feel this is a reflection of our commitment to fostering the right company culture. As well as the founders, the Senior Test Engineer has been with Morgan since 1987 and many staff have well over 10 years’ service.

Morgan IAT runs an established Graduate Scheme, bringing the brightest graduates of varying disciplines ranging from bio-science to concept-design into the organisation. The company is a keen supporter of both local and national initiatives to protect the environment and of business education partnerships. We see support for local schools as crucial to encourage young people to consider engineering and technology as a career option.
