Our business philosophies of innovation, teamwork and ethical business practices are the cornerstone of Morgan IAT. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and our priority is to get new ideas to market with both parties securing a fair return.
Our passion for innovation is at the heart of why we do what we do.
We are proud of our unique approach to funding that helps more people bring their ideas to market. Every year we put 20% of our turnover back into our R&D department to support individuals, companies and organisations in bringing their ideas or products to market. We carry out the work free of charge in exchange for a share of its potential. This is a reflection of our passion for innovation and our desire to be an enabler in bringing ideas to market.
Our people are at the heart of our business and we strive to foster a happy working environment, which promotes teamwork and inclusion. We are proud of our strong staff retention and feel this is a reflection of our commitment to fostering the right company culture. As well as the founders, the Senior Test Engineer has been with Morgan since 1987 and many staff have well over 10 years service.
Ethical Business Practices
Our innovation is always rooted in addressing a need. We focus strongly on bringing benefit to peoples lives, investing a significant proportion of profits investing in ideas that may assist in people’s well-being and quality of life.
Our impact on the environment is important to us and we strive to do business in a more sustainable way. We are currently in the process of moving to a paperless office and Morgan IAT was an early adopter of flexi-time and operates an optional four-day working week. Not only does this give staff more free time but also a positive an environmental impact in reducing travelling time and fuel use.
Morgan IAT is a keen supporter of both local and national initiatives in business, innovation, the environment and education. It has been involved with the AHSNs (Academic Health and Science Networks) since their inception in 2012, and is active within the Wessex AHSN.
