SERVICE, CALIBRATION, REPAIR
In the 30 years since we invented the original NeuroTherm machine and began manufacturing units at our facility in Petersfield, UK we have been instrumental in helping to deliver radio frequency generators to hospitals and clinics worldwide. The NT500, NT1100 and NT2000/NT2000iX generators are designed to deliver lesion, pulsed dose or pulsed treatments to painful nerve sites for the effective management of chronic pain.
As with any unit in continuous use, some common issues arise from time to time with NeuroTherm generators including faulty top covers, screens and connectors. Older machines may require upgrades and can benefit from recalibration and regular servicing. We usually recommend that both the NT1100 and NT2000iX generators are serviced and recalibrated once each year. Our team of experts is on hand to support you and ensure you continue to get the best out of your machine.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH YOUR NT2000IX OR NT1100
In the event that you experience an issue or fault with your NeuroTherm machine please contact us HERE. We will then get in touch with you so that we can obtain full details of the issue and then review it in detail. At this stage we will either be able to help you solve the problem remotely or arrange for a repair engineer to visit you, or we may ask you to send your machine to us here at Morgan.
If you need to send your machine to use here at Morgan, we will assess the issue and confirm or identify the fault, and provide a quote for the repair work required. Once this has been authorised and paid for, we will carry out the repair, test the unit and ship it back to you. It couldn’t be more simple!
For UK based clients we offer an on-site diagnostic and/or repair service for NT500, NT1100 and NT2000iX units and will discuss this option with you during our initial conversation.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR NT500, NT1100 OR NT2000 MACHINE BE OUT OF ACTION?
We aim to have completed the repair of your NeuroTherm machine no later than 10 working days after we receive it and it will be shipped back to you as soon as our rigorous testing process has been successfully completed. Our facility is in Petersfield, UK and we work hard to ensure we can turn things around as quickly as our clients need.
We understand that on occasion our clients may require an express service, and this can be discussed during our initial diagnostic conversation.
Will my repaired machine be returned with a warranty?
The work carried out on any generator will come with a six-month warranty on the spare parts used.
