Our people are at the heart of what we do and in November 2014 MIAT was excited to announce the promotion of three employees. Having joined us as a Production Technician, Adam Pawlak continues his progression since joining us from his native Poland and takes up the role of Mechanical Design Engineer. Rajiv Packyalingam who joined our Graduate Trainee Scheme in November 2013 has been promoted to Design Engineer after only a year. Starting out as one of our Production Technicians, Andy Voller has now become Production Supervisor.

These exciting changes demonstrate how we work with our employees to develop their skills, providing them with new challenges and roles that complement their strengths. We also saw 5 new members of staff join us who have been employed by a range of departments, from Production to Administration. We were able to make this expansion because of the success within the Company in 2014, in which we saw increasing orders and new design projects, which was all down to the productiveness and enthusiasm of our employees.
