About the Role: As a Production and Operations Trainee, you will be an integral part of our production and operations teams. The role is diverse and offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting production operations and purchasing teams.
- Gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of production and operations.
- Working closely with experienced team members for on-the-job training.
Who you are: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized individual who possesses:
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A flexible attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).
